The Cummerbund Retrofit Kit (CRK) is an adapter designed to mount the Equinox Cummerbund to loop or hook-backed rear plate bags.

The slots on each side guide the cummerbund to ensure proper tracking during expansion/movement.

The Loop Variant is compatible with the Velocity Systems Scarab and other hook-backed rear plate bag carriers.

The Hook Variant is compatible with the USMC Gen III Plate Carrier, Ferro FCPC V5, most First Spear Carriers, Mayflower APC/LEPC, and other loop-backed rear plate bag carriers.

Perfection

My agency issues a certain kit (idk, something to do with what rich people do in Africa, lol). Because of this, in order for it to be remotely functional, you must modify it. This was the perfect upgrade ICW my Shaw concepts arc v2 cummerbund. With this piece I’m able to add a hook Velcro panel to where the original cummerbund was mounted to the MOLLE and it stays tight to my body while still allowing flex for mobility and comfort. Keep it up AXL! 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

I got this for a different non-AXL plate carrier to fit a non-AXL Cummerbund, worked perfectly!

I ordered wrong one but material is great and seems like it will hold up. I ordered the correct one now on to return the wrong one.
